The meeting room named after a medieval castle was a unique asset. The roof terrace, perfect for coffee breaks, made me feel like I was on a royal retreat.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Wiesloch for a few days. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing clear answers and excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, with good WIFI and clear instructions for logging on. The location was perfect for my needs, and the breakfast selection was delicious. Despite arriving late, they still allowed me to have breakfast. The hotel also provided a fan to combat the heat wave during my stay, and the top floor rooms were nicely renovated. the staff were fantastic and the amenities exceeded my expectations.

I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms newly renovated, very large and bright. Great view and quiet. At the reception you have been perfectly informed about public transport, very friendly and patient.

Buffet in the evening very meager. . ( last march weekend ). Not filled, cook was not to be seen. . Only 1x meat and 1x fish. There was no longer anything written down! Price/performance is not right at all :(

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with elegant furnishings and a cozy ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and had beautiful artwork on display. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent, with spacious elevators and clear signage throughout the premises.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionist who gave us useful tips to cool down our room during the heat wave, to the attentive service provided by the restaurant and room cleaning staff. The breakfast selection was impressive, and we really appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate conference needs. Our room was clean and had good wifi, and the location was perfect for our needs. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had an EV charger available, and any issues were quickly resolved by the hotel's technician. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and modern.

We would highly recommend this place to our friends.

The equipment of the fitness room is very poor.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in the center of the city and within walking distance to many attractions. We also appreciated the convenient bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the area without a car. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
